Human Rights Watch Testimony on the use of Antipsychotic Drugs
On February 13th, Bethany Brown of the Human Rights Watch, testified before a House committee on this topic, especially as it relates to informed consent for individuals and their family or legal representative. Everyone should have the right to accept or refuse any medication or treatment being offered, and fully informed of the reason it’s been prescribed, and possible side-effects.
